Override DNS in Internet Configuration

  I putted Norton DNS in pcwrt’s Internet Configuration, under the tab “Use Custom DNS”, but if i modify my DNS in my home pc internet configuration, those Norton DNS are overridden.
  At this point those dns in pcwrt are useless.

  I have parental control disabled.

  Never had this problem with any other modem/router.

  What i have to do?

  That is expected behavior. With parental control disabled, the router does not force DNS server settings on the PC.

  You may want to enable parental control on the router, but create a profile with parental control disabled (on the profile).

  Why with every router the DSN are forced on the pc and with pcwrt with parental control disabled not?

  It is possible force DNS with parental control disabled?

  @Casino We don’t want to restrict anything on connected devices unless the user wants to put the restrictions in place.
