I hooked up my wifi 6 to my surfboard by arris s33vshark on my network with surf shark vpn.
contacted spectrum my internet provider to complain about my internet freezing, not working as advertised.
the agent told me the arris was working fine but wifi 6 is not showing up/ not working!!
can someone help with this? never used the wifi 6 via troypoint.

I guess that your WiFi was connected consistently but your Internet access has been intermittent? Is that the case?

yes, and also when i go to the home page , click on manage! error message that

    Manage Router

We can’t find a router associated with your account. If you have a pcWRT router, you can enable cloud management in the Cloud Settings

You need to login to the local interface. With your device connected to the pcWRT WiFi, entering http://192.168.10.1 in your browser will bring up the local interface.

I finally got to the interface and it’s interface I will need some help with all of this! I cannot believe it’s this hard to set up my router I have had now for 5 months.
Best start from Ground zero and setting this up right.
If I need to hard reset the PCWRT router. Or is there a tutorial somewhere on the internet that can guide me? Week trying to figure it out
