I can’t restore my backup file. I tried several generations of saved backups. I get the same response for each file. The router is updated to the latest firmware v2.7.6. Unexpected things happened after I made some configuration changes. It became apparent that I was going to have to restore. I tried restoring but got the “Oops! Failed to upload file” message. Then I reset the router back to the default but it still cannot restore the file. Any suggestions? This is my first time trying to do a restore on this router.

@bh333 This might be a backup compatibility issue. To test it, you can create a fresh backup and try to restore it immediately. It you get the same error, there may be other issues.

You might still restore the access control portion if there is a backup compatibility issue.

Since the router had been reset, I made a couple of configuration changes, made a fresh backup and immediately tried to restore from the file. I got the same error. I tried both with and without the restore access control portion.

@bh333 Please send a copy of your backup to [email protected] so that we can investigate this issue.
