  Hello,

  I’m not sure what the issue is here. I got out new router set up and working late December. I went away on a two week vacation and I can’t seem to access the log in page for my router. I’ve tried on my phone and PC, with and without WiFi connection. No one logged in while I was away. The page just won’t load and I keep getting a timeout error.

  @brookefox123 Let’s use the PC to debug this. Can you check the IP address on the PC? Is it in the same subnet as the router (i.e., if router is 192.168.10.1, then PC should have something like 192.168.10.xyz).
