In “Set Up Multiple NextDNS Configurations for Encrypted DNS on the pcWRT Router” blog post, under Add DOH Server screenshot, there is a URL section. What exactly is that URL address and Where will I get it from? Is it generic, or is it going to come from my NextDNS account? If latter, what are the steps to acquire that?

The NextDNS URL comes from your NextDNS account – refer to the NextDNS screenshot before step 1.
