Hello. I’m back. I occasionally switch from blacklisting to whitelisting in order to significantly restrict the internet usage in my home. Even though I have the check box for blocking literal IP addresses on checked, when I switch to whitelisted the VoIP features of Republic Wireless no longer connect. Even with the checkbox for blocking literal IP addresses on checked, does whitelisted essentially block them? Is there anything that you can do in the firmware update that would allow a workaround for this please? Thank you.

When you switch to Whitelist mode, all sites are blocked except those listed in the “Allowed URLs”. Therefore, IP phones won’t work unless the domains and IP addresses that the IP phone needs to access are listed in “Allowed URLs”.

It would be better to keep the filtering in Blacklist mode, and then add Calendars to further restrict access during certain time ranges.
