http://pcwrt nor 192.168.10.1 working to setup router

I have reset my router. I have connected to the pcwrt network. But open chrome or firefox browser neither http://pcwrt or http://192.168.10.1 are working. It tries to connect about 30 seconds then says site can not be reached because it took too long. Not sure if router could possibly be broken or if the setup process has changed. The system light is red and the WLAN is blinking green. Firmware has not been updated in a long time wondering if that could be the problem as well.

@venfam Please check the IP address on the device you used to manage the router. Is it in the 192.168.10.x range?
