No Access Control Option

Hello, I have no “Access Control” page anywhere in my router UI. Shouldn’t I? pcWRT Newifi-D2 v2.5.2, links show: Status, Settings, Apps. Status shows a table of connected devices. Settings shows Internet, Network, Wireless, System. Apps is just VPNs. None of these pages has the word “control” anywhere. Is it hidden? Is it gone? Is it only available under specific conditions?
