I found out that on his computer, setupVPN was installed as chrome extention. so when it is used, I can access youtube. even I checked the block Block proxy, VPN, TOR, the VPN still can make the connection and bypass the calendar that limit the time for youtube.
I checked the logs ang found out dyn-217-64-127-91-b283.diltwo.com. looks like it is a vpn connection.

i got it now. now i have three clanders, one for youtube, every work day from 5:30PM to 7:00 PM. a general internet which i didn’t specify for any webside ( leave it blank), from 8am to 11PM. while school homework website available almost 24 hours. however, i do see my teen still can access youtube at 8pm and 9 pm. on the other hand, I can’t access youtube on my computer after 7:00PM. I thought it may have a bug on the general clander, if you are on youtube, you can keep access it even after the time limit…I have not not really verify it yet. I would suggest in clander, you have allow website, why not add a block website just like the profile. you have allow and block…

update to 1.2.8, the OK doesn’t response. if it response, the cancel tap will go away, and click ok again will go to save page. I rolled back to 1.2.7, then it worked for me.

I got the same issue. after the update, tried to set up the calendar. I clicked the OK. it didn’t response. had to cancel or click x at right top corner

I saw the google app has two or three level restricted mode setting in network…can they work in router level?\

by the way, How we as parent push youtube to set a moderate restricted mode? app or PC level is joke ..so easy to change..need higher level control or password lock.

I connected the pcWRT to AT&T 2 wire gateway. however, when I wake up my PC from sleep (such as log in at morning), sometime it shows no internet..I have to disconnect it and reconnect it again to make it work. or sometime just no internet for a while. on the same, the wifi by 2-wire route always is connected to internet. do I miss something? thanks a lot for your help!
