Hi, after several disconnects, restarts, and resets… it is working now. How frustrating! I can’t quite explain what I did, but I reset the router both using the GUI and the “restore factory default” as well as pushing the reset button on the back of the router… more than once… and unplugging, re-plugging it and the cable modem. Anyway, working. Thank you.
