@casino You are using the device in a profile with Proxy/VPN blocked. You can move the device to a profile without Proxy/VPN block.

If that’s not possible, try adding UDP port 3478 to the White List: add a line in the box like this: “:3478U” (without quotes). If the apps are still blocked, you may add the domain names or IP addresses to the White List.
