I can connect to Netflix via Apple TV with Parental Control disabled. However, once it’s enabled, I can’t connect to netflix and gets an error 108, which is a general internet error. So, apparentley, the router is blocking something the apple tv needs to connect to. I’ve added these addresses to allowed addresses on the default profile. netflix.com, nflxvideo.net, nflximg.com, nflxext.com. Again it works when disabled but doesn’t once parental controls are enabled.

If you are fine with not having parental control on the Apple TV, the easiest solution is to create a dedicated profile for the Apple TV and disable parental control on the profile.

Otherwise you may want to try turning off block literal IP addresses and block VPN/proxies on the profile where Apple TV is assigned.
