So in a profile we presently have bandwidth allowance and we have calendars.
Now since Apple shifts their MAC address around and the MAC / IP for a device might change if we restrict the phone overnight (because they have school the next day and should not be watching videos or whatever), let’s NOT restrict access but grant us the ability to select a bandwidth allowance in the calendar. There would need to be two bandwidth allowance groups – normal and restricted – with restricted having a lower bandwidth. Then at night, we have a calendar that invokes the restricted bandwidth and for other times the normal bandwidth. Now the Apple device isn’t going to change (maybe?) the MAC / IP because it still has connectivity, though at a lower bandwidth.

If you have a more restrictive policy on the Anonymous profile than other profiles, it will discourage the user from altering their MAC address.
