Bad Gateway Firmware Update/Cloud Management

    Whenever I try and update the firmware OR try and enable ‘cloud management/Remote Administration’, I get a message after a little bit that states “Bad Gateway”.
    Any idea?

    Did you enter email address when you performed the initial setup? If not, you can enter your email address in the System Settings page, in the “Backup/Restore Settings” section. Reboot the router after you enter email.

    Please let us know if email is there but you still have problems.

    Yes, my email is there. I’ve rebooted a couple of times but still can’t do an auto update or cloud remote.
