Does the Bandwidth Allowance setting still apply when Enforce Access Control is not checked?

I am troubleshooting a connection timeout issue to Disney Plus (when trying to play a movie) from a Roku TV and disabling access control is the only way it seems to work. I do not see anything in the Blocked list for the device in the Access Logs view. Is there a way to tail a log file on the router to see what is happening?

Yes, Bandwidth Allowance works even with Access Control not enforced.

If the Roku TV has Access Control enforced, then you should be able to see the accessed and blocked domains in the Internet Logs page. Are logs available for other devices?
