Can no longer connect to websites even though calendar says it's fine to access

    I put parent control calendar on to block certain devices. It worked fine. I took the devices out because I was trouble shooting some other issue … I then added the devices back in. Now it blocks connecting to the internet even though the schedule says it is fine to access internet. Please HELP!

    Did you try restarting your browser? Your browser might be caching info from the previous profile, and that could cause trouble when you switch the device back to a more limited profile.
