used to control the router using the cloud management prior to firmware update.
at the moment, i can no longer access the router via cloud and i have tried t remove it and re-add it.
i keep getting a message that says “failed to authenticate, please check username and remote management key”.

both values are fine, the page doesn’t allow a password to be set.

Can you send a screenshot of the Cloud page with the error message to [email protected]?

It looks like your login id has three l’s, but your Cloud page user id only had 2 l’s.

    that’s very strange to have 3 l’s!
    but I agree with you!

I must have made that typo many times and never noticed. I will try again and let you know.

confirmed all working now. thank you.
apologies for not seeing the 3rd l in the userid… this is a mistake, but I can live with it.
I will email the support address to see if the userid can actually be changed.
At least for now I can authenticate and control the router via cloud.
