Can’t connect Macbook Pro

Hi. I am able to connect my iPad to the router, but I cannot connect my Macbook Pro. It says “The Wi-Fi network “pcwrt”could not be joined.” I’ve reset my router, deleted the network from the Macbook and restarted everything multiple times but the Macbook Pro won’t connect. I am on Mojave 10.4.2.

Were you able to connect to the router before? Is this a new machine? Would you be able to connect if you remove WiFi encryption?
