Difference between CF-XR10 and CF-XR11?

The specs on the store page indicate the CF-XR10 has a faster CPU, 2 additional cores and more flash memory, but the CF-XR11’s model name implies it’s a newer model. I’m leaning towards buying the XR10, but if the XR11 is more up-to-date in some way I’d prefer the newer model. Which is “better”?

The XR11 is newer but less powerful than the XR10. Both are rated AX1800 for WiFi but the XR10 is faster.
