Windows 10.0.18363,
Chrome 80.0.3987.132 (Official Build) (64-bit),

Unable to edit wifi on time in graphic mode. Screen shows hours 12:00am to 5:00am and wont scroll down.

Workaround is to edit the on time in text mode.
