I would like to be able to isolate a profile. We can do it by wifi type or a wired port but this is a subset, like IoT, that I do not want to see each other.

You can create a dedicated SSID for IoT devices on any of the VLANs other than “LAN”. Enable WiFi client isolation for that SSID.
