No 'Access Control' icon under Apps

I don’t see a ‘Access Control’ icon under the Apps tab. All I have is :
1. Dynamic DNS
2. UPnP
3. OpenVPN
4. strongSwan (IPSec)
5. WireGuard

Can I get the other icon with a firmware upgrade.
