I cannot make any changes to my router
I keep getting “oops! – Failed to retreive data”
This is for any changes I try to make
Please follow these steps and let us know if you have any problems in each step.
Thanks, this allowed me to make a change while on the wifi range of the router
How can I return to remote functionality to turn on, or make changes truly remotely?
I appreciated the fast response, this is a great system and I’m sure just a temporary glitch, and further assistance will get me back to fully remotely functional
You may try to set the Cloud settings from the local management interface again. Make sure you don’t get an error after clicking Save.
