My dual band pcwrt dual band router can’t connect 2.4Ghz but it can connect to 5G. Any suggestions on how to get it work?

Can you see the 2.4G signal from your computer?

You may try setting the 2.4G to a specific channel instead of the default “Auto”. If you still cannot see the 2.4G signal, please send a screenshot of the wireless page to [email protected]. Thanks!
