Changes included in this update (v2.5.6):
- Add function to schedule auto-reboot. If you want the router to automatically reboot, go to the System Settings page to set up schedule.
- IKEv2 VPN performance improvement for CF-XR10. Previously the top speed for IKEv2 was 50Mbps, you should be able to achieve 250-300Mbps with this update.
- Enhancements for WiFi startup.
- Improvements for Internet access tracking and logging. Add calendar name in Internet logs page when a site is blocked by a calendar
- Allow LAN side DNS server to be used on router (e.g., using a local Pi-hole).
- Enhancement for adblock pause/resume controls.
- Other minor bug fixes.
Upgrade steps:
- Have your configuration backup ready. Create a backup of your current configuration file, if you don’t have one.
- Click the “Check for Updates” button in the System Settings page. Follow the instructions to upgrade.
- After successful upgrade, create a new router settings backup file from the System Settings page and save it in a safe place.
