Port Blocking within the “Access Control

What is the input format to block ports?

I want to perform a test to block certain ports using the different VLAN ports, I am assuming you can block it from the whitelist/blacklist section? With the correct input format?

Entering :80 blocks port 80 for both TCP and UDP, :80U blocks UDP port 80, :80T blocks TCP port 80. More info here: https://www.pcwrt.com/2020/01/how-to-allow-or-block-web-sites-on-the-router/
