Problem getting wifi internet on Android phone

I have a PCWRT router. I have successfully connected about 20 devices to it. We have a Samsung Galaxy S8 that connects to the router, but it doesn’t have internet. I have disabled parental controls. The phone definitely has an IP address. The IP address reported by the phone matches that reported by the router, and I can ping the phone from other devices on the local network. HOWEVER, the phone cannot reach the internet even though all the other devices on the network can. Do you have any suggestions as to what could be the problem.

That’s a strange problem. You may want to try:

1. Access the router management console from the S8. Does that work?
2. Try the Galaxy S8 on a different WiFi connection.
