Specific intra VLAN access

Hello,
I know we can now select which VLAN can access each other through the matrix settings but it is possible to allow a certain type of access through VLANs.
Eg. Setup a Plex server on the main LAN and client devices on Guest network, without allowing full access from the Guest to the Main LAN is it possible to allow just the plex data (I believe UDP 32400) through the Main LAN?

Currently, you can only turn communication on or off. There’s no fine grained control by protocol and port.
