USB connected printer fails to detect

An HP Envy printer is failing to connect to the USB port of a pcWRT TORONTO-N v2.0.3

Is the USB port enabled, or is there a check box I’m missing? Trying to determine if this is router problem or a printer problem. (BTW: yes, the printer works connected directly to a pc.)

The USB port is not enabled on the router.

Hi…I have seen this happen when the usb cable was conneted before the install disk asked for the usb cable connection to be made. Did you by chance hook the cable to the computer and printer before installing the program?
