Whatsapp and Video Calls

The video calls with Whatsapp doesn’t work with pcwrt’s wifi and works if i enable data mobile.

I’ve checked the internet logs and i can find in “raw mode” in the tab “blocked” the following lines:

Domain = 31.13.91.48(UDP 3478),
31.13.90.48
157.240.1.51
149.154.167.91 (TCP 443) and others like that, the reason is always “Proxy/VPN”.

What i have to do?

@casino You are using the device in a profile with Proxy/VPN blocked. You can move the device to a profile without Proxy/VPN block.

If that’s not possible, try adding UDP port 3478 to the White List: add a line in the box like this: “:3478U” (without quotes). If the apps are still blocked, you may add the domain names or IP addresses to the White List.
