WhatsUp video call with partental controll enabled

Hi all,
did anyone try to make a video call with parental control enabled?
I’m trying to call via Wi-Fi, from my mother’s house, my daughter, but neither I have no answer nor, if answered, there is no a/v.
Is there any setup to do?
Did anyone try with Skype, Hangout or anything else?

@mizarcs Please check that you disabled the options “Block literal IP addresses” and “Block proxy, VPN, TOR” for the profile that the phone belongs to.
