It is possible to create a whitelist for literal ip addresses?

I need to block literal ip addresses but i want that a specific ip work. Like URLs.

    Thanks.

Yes. You can list an IP address like 172.12.1.2, or a range in CIDR form, like 192.168.1.0/24. Alternatively, you can map the IP address to a name in the Hosts file (System Settings page).

    1) What’s CIDR?

    2) 192.168.1.0/24. What mean “24”? Never heard nothing about it.

    3) I know what host file is and modify it much times. But, in this case, how i map the ip address to a name in the host file? Make me an example.

    Thanks.

1). Check out this page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classless_Inter-Domain_Routing

    2). Same as above.

3). Look at the System Settings page, Hosts section.
