Except I didn’t just reboot the router, not at first. Then I did. And I did again, and then again. Anything to get that red light to go away and the router to work as it used to. It’s not, and it’s not. Modem was doing its job ok. I can log in but can’t get to any controls because of the offline status. I’ve done numerous 30 second reboots to both modem and router.what am I overlooking?

If you are connected to the WiFi and have not changed the LAN IP address, then you can use http://192.168.10.1 to access the control panel. If you changed the LAN IP address, then use the IP address you changed to.

Looks like you are trying to use remote management interface. That is not necessary unless you are away from home. But if you do need to use remote management, we’ll need to work together to resolve your issues. Please send email to [email protected]. Thanks!
