Of course, I trusted in the update process and didn’t backup first, so now I’m hosed. Any chance I can get a firmware .bin of 2.0.1 or earlier?

Performed an Auto Update and no Internet access even after rebooting and resetting the router and cable modem. Modem is getting Internet, router is not. Any ideas?

The issue seemed to resolve itself this evening after several hours. Not sure what happened, but it cleared itself up. I was able to connect directly to the cable modem but could not get a wired or WiFi connection from the router.

The NET light on the router does not illuminate and Windows reports the DNS server is not responding.

Just curious: did anyone else see that odd webpage reporting an error during the firmware download/update?

Also, is there a way to manually download the firmware update now that I can’t connect?

Not sure if I bricked by router. I did not see the warning about the update losing settings and did not have a backup of my settings, hence nothing to load. During the update, I was met with a webpage with three lines of semi-cryptic code. I went back to factory settings and still cannot access the Internet with the router (I’m running off the modem right now.)

Looks like I’ll be rolling back to an earlier firmware if possible.

Thank you for the prompt reply. Looks like you are correct. I opened a different browser and the issue does not persist. Please consider the issue solved.
