@casino Which Microsoft site? Can you find which domains are blocked when you visit that site?

This page for example:
https://www.microsoft.com/it-it/software-download/windows10

if i block “ajax.aspnetcdn.com” that page will not be show. The same thing for other pages of Microsoft.

This is unfortunate. TOR traffic tunneled through ajax.aspnetcdn.com is indistinguishable from normal HTTPS. If you block it, both will be blocked, if you unblock it, both will be unblocked.
