I needed all of the above IP addresses and “Xboxlive.com.”. It now works great. You have a great product and even better support. What other company would go though this much effort for one customer? Thank you so much.

I tried that and it still did not work.

I may need to open 65.55.42.1 to 65.55.42.255.

Is there anyway to do this without needing all 255 IP address?

Not quite. I was unclear. The Xbox has its own profile. The “block literal IP addresses” and “block proxy,VPN, TOR” are not checked. UPnP is on. Xbox is in low powered mode. Everything works fine. Then if I add the whitelist with “Xboxlive.com” then no shared game play. I want no web surfing at all but I do want shared game play. I am thinking that I need to add to the whitelist but not sure what I need to add. Sorry for the confusion. I hope that is clear.

Yes. It works when I turn off the white list and does not work when I use the whitelist.

When I have the parental controls on it says closed NAT. When I turn then off then it says open.
