How to setup VyprVPN OpenVPN on the pcWRT router

Add a VyprVPN OpenVPN connection

1. Log on the pcWRT console, open the OpenVPN page under Apps.
2. Under the Client tab, check the network you want to enable VyprVPN for, then click the Add button to add a new VPN connection.
   
3. In the “Add VPN Configuration” dialog:
   • Enter a name for the connection
   • Select one of the OpenVPN configuration files you downloaded above
   • Enter your VyprVPN username and password
   • Click “Submit”

   

4. Click the Save button to save changes.

Start a VyprVPN OpenVPN connection

1. Click on the blue “Play” button to start the VyprVPN OpenVPN connection.
   
2. If the connection is successful, a green dot will appear on the left of the connection configuration line. In case of a connection failure, click on the “log” icon to view OpenVPN logs.
